I love being immersed in academia, and I developed a template for Scrivener that helps me keep my classes and class work organized. This is a template that creates a folder for each class allowing you to pull resources and notes together in one place. I chose Scrivener for its stability with massive documents so you can draft half a dozen undergrad papers simultaneously without worrying about a crash. Scrivener also frequently backs itself up.
